KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS—That Ethan Kimball of the county of Orange, and State of , has this day for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred—— dollars in hand paid by Mary. Ann Bullard of the County of and State of , bargained and sold unto the said Mary. Ann. Bullard— a certain lot or piece of land lying and situated in Kimball’s [blank] addition to in said and last mentioned, as will more fully appear by refference to the plat of said addition, being part of lot No. 72 in block No. two in said addition to the Town of ,— To wit.— beginning at the North East corner of said Lot and Block, running South thirty two and a half Rods thence west twenty Rods thence North thirty two and a half Rods then East to the place of beginning being more or Less—
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD The above described lot or piece of land with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging to him her the said Mary. Ann— Bullard his her heirs and assigns forever.
And the the said ETHAN KIMBALL for himself his heirs and assigns administrators and executors, do warrant and forever defend the title of the lot or piece of land against every person or persons claiming by, through, or under him in any manner whatsoever. or any other persons whatever
