This Indenture made and entered into this Sixteenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty- three between Joseph Smith as sole Trustee in Trust, for the , of the county of , and State of of the first part and George A. Smith Jr of the County of and aforesaid, of the Second part, Witnesseth, that the said Joseph Smith, party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One thousand dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain Sell, convey and confirm unto the said George A. Smith Jr party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of Land, situate and being in [p. 78]
