This day came and filed his affidavit, whereby it appears that he is Interested as a creditor of the Estate of Joseph Smith decd. being the Guardian of the Heirs of decd. & and prays the Court to appoint a new administrator on the Estate of the said Joseph Smith decd. And whereas the letters of Administration heretofore granted to on said Estate, were on the 8h. day of May last revoked.— It is ordered that of the County of and State of be appointed Administrator , on the Estate of the said Joseph Smith decd.
And it is further ordered that the said enter into bond in the penal sum of one Thousand dollars as such [p. 212]
