Be it remembered that on this 3d day of February AD 1862 before Charles S Waring Probate Judge in & for said County as a Court of Probate Sitting this cause came on to be further heard upon the motion of the for the issue of an order of sale and the appraisers heretofore <appointed> having made and filed their report herein on the 25th day of November AD 1861 and the Court having examined the same do find that the appraisal is duly made It is thereupon ordered by the court that the same be approved and confirmed and that the said , widow, hold in severalty the lands so assigned and set off to her as her dower estate in the tract of Thirteen acres in the petition first described and also that the said Widow shall receive the sum of Four 11/100 dollars annually during life as & for her dower estate in the parcel of Land in the petition secondly and lastly described & that the same be & is hereby made a lien & charge upon said lands and that the same shall be payable annually on the 1st day of April of Each year during her life and in default of payment thereof an shall issue therefor against said lands as upon Judgements at Law. And it is also further ordered by the Court that the proceed to sell the lands in the petition described subject to said s dower interest in the parcel first described in said petition and to her lien as above set forth upon the parcel secondly in said petition described. And for that purpose it is ordered that he shall give notice four weeks consecutively of the terms & time & place of sale prior thereto in the Painesville Telegraph and it is further ordered that said sale shall be by public vendue at the door of the Court House of Lake County and shall be for cash in hand upon the day of sale and that the make return of his proceedings herein upon the 4th day of March AD 1862. Order of sale issued accordingly
