We command you that of the goods and chattels of Almon Bathrick in your you make the sum of twenty four dollars and thirty seven and ½ cents, costs in the Municipal court of said on the 10. 11. 13 and 16 days of October 1843, wherein Charles Drown was on trial on Habeus corpus,— <​which Habeus Corpus​> originated in a suit command on complaint of said Bathrick before Leonard E. Harrington. Justice of the peace for , and hereof make due returns to me within seventy days from this date.
Given under my hand and seal of court this 7th day of May 1844.
