I was present and saw the City Marshal, deliver the original Writ, of which the within is a true Copy, to within named, on Monday the 8th. day of August 1842, between two & three OClock P.M. at the Corner of the Lot upon which ’s <dwelling> House stands, & it was Endorsed with the following Words, “By the Act”.—
