If the plan suggested of memoralizing Congress should meet your approbations—Please inform me. promises his aid in such an event & says he would go to & assist in arranging papers relative to such a step. Please accept my assurances of Love & esteem for yourself & family & a Prayer that Wisdom from on high may direct you in your deliberation
