ASSESSOR’S AND COLLECTOR’S NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given that application will be made to the Municipal court, on the first Monday of February, A D 1844, for judgement against the following delinquent city lots, for taxes and costs thereon, for the year 1842; and for an order to sell the said city lots to satisfy the same, & also notice is hereby given that on Monday the 19th day of February 1844, between the hours of 9 o’clock, a m and 3 p m, all the aforesaid city lots against which judgement shall be obtained, and for the sale of which such order shall be made, will be exposed to public sale, at the Recorder’s Office, for the amount of said taxes and costs thereon.
The following is a list of the delinquent lands and city lots in the Third ward, in the city of Nauvoo, for the year 1842.
