Saturday October 1st 1842.
The Legion Court of assessment of fines met at Brevet Major General’s ’s office, at ten o’clock A.M. and was composed of Brevet Major General as President, Adjutant General and Chief Musician as members and War Secratary as secratary.
The Court then proceeded with the assessment of fines, and adjourned untill 5 o’clock P.M. on Friday next.
Friday Oct 7th 1842.
The Legion Court of assessment of fines met according to previous adjournment.
Present Brevet Major General and Drill officer <President and> Lieutenant Colonel and Major members, and War Secretary as Secretary.
The Court then proceeded to the buisness of assessing fines and the following list of fines were assessed at the two meetings of the Court.
