a witness, on behalf of the Defendents, produced, sworn and examined deposeth and saith:
I have heard say that he would swear to a lie to accomplish an object— that he had told many a lie, and would do so again— When went to during the last expedition he went after the other troops had left and returned after some had returned, and before others had returned— I saw when he returned, and he had no Clock with him, nor have I seen any Clock about the house which was brought <​from​> — In the morning of the fight with , I heard my father, say that ’s company, had gone down the [p.
