This Indenture made and entered into this eighteenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty two between Joseph Smith, as sole Trustee in Trust, for the , of the County of , and State of of the first part and Charlotte Haws of the County of and aforesaid of the second part Witnesseth that the said Joseph Smith party of the first part, for and in consideration of <​the sum of​> three hundred dollars, to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said Charlotte Haws party of the second part his her heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of land, situate and being in the county of in the State of known and described as follows, to wit: Lot number one (1) in Block number one hundred and fifty [p. 205]
