Together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said William S. Covett his heirs and assigns forever. And the said and Christiana his wife, their heirs and assigns, the aforesaid premises, unto the said William S. Covet his heirs and assigns, against the claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever, do and will warrant and forever defend by these presents. In testimony whereof, the said , and Christiana his wife of the first part, have hereunto set their hands and seals, the day and year first above written.

And the said Christiana Lytle having been by me made acquainted with the contents of the said Deed, and examined separate and apart from her said , acknowledged that she had executed the same, and relinquished her dower to the premises therein conveyed, voluntarily, freely, and without compulsion of her said . Know all men by these presents, that Ethan Kimball of the County of , and State of , has this day for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty dollars in hand paid by John Low, of the County of and State of , bargained and sold unto the said John Low a certain lot or piece of land lying and situated in s addition to in said and last mentioned, as will more fully appear by refferrence to the plat of said addition, being part of Lot No 69 in said addition to the Town of , and Block No. two (2) to wit, beginning at the North West corner of said Lot, running East six rods and six feet, thence South ten rods and five feet, to the North side of Young Street, thence West six rods & six feet, thence North to the place of beginning, being in s addition to the City of . To have and to hold the above described lot or piece of land with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the said John Low his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Ethan Kimball for himself, his heirs and assigns administrators and executors, do warrant and forever defend the title of the lot or piece of land against every person or persons claiming by, through, or under him in any manner whatsoever, or any other persons whatever.
