This Indenture, made and entered into, this third day of March in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty five between and as Trustees in Trust for the church of Jesus christ of Latter Day Saints, of the county of , and state of , of the first part and of the county of and state aforesaid, of the second part witnesseth that the said and party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of theree hundred dollars, to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby g<r>ant, bargin, sell, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, her heirs <and> assigns forever, the said all that tract or parcel of land, situate and being in the county of in the state of know and described, as follows, to wit Lot number two and <in> Block number one hundred and three of the City of to gether with all and singular the appurtenanes thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to Holde the above described premises unto the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever.
