This Indenture made and entered into, this twentee twenty seventh day of September in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty five between John, Pickels of the county of and State of , of the one part, and William. Geenwood. of the countey of and aforesaid, of the other part, Witnesseth that the said John. Pickels. for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars, to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargin, sell, convey, and confirm unto the said William. geenwood. his heirs and assigns forever, all that part or parcel of land, situate and being in the county of in the state of , viz: part of lot Number thirty two in Block number Six of s addition to Commenceing nine and a half Rods Six feet and three inches East of the North west corner of said Lot thence East along Plaquros line six Rods thence North half way across the Lot thence west to Bick street thence South to the place of begining being a quarter of an acre be the sam more or less. together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining. To Have and to hold the above described premises unto the said William. Geenwood. his heirs and assigns forever. And the said John. Pickels. his heirs and assigns, the aforesaid premises, unto the said William. Geenwood. his heirs and assigns againts the claim or claims of all and every person whomesoever, do and will warrant and forever defend by thes presents. In testimony wherof, the said John. Pickels. of the first part, has herunto set his hands and seal the day and year first above writen.
