I, a Justice of the peace in and for the said do certify that and Mary A his wife whose signatures appear to the foregoing Deed and who are personally known to me to be the persons described in and who executed the same did severally acknowledge that they had Executed the said conveyance for the uses and purposes therein mentioned— And the said Mary A Nobles having been by me made acquainted with the contents of the said Deed and examined seperate and apart from her said acknowledged that she had executed the same and relinquished her dower to the premises therein conveyed voluntarily freely and without compulsion of her said
In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty-fifth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty-four

Know all men by these presents that and Maria his wife of the City of State of have this day for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars in hand paid bargained and sold to Emily Jacob of the same place a Certain Lot or piece of Ground Situated in the city of County of and State of Being a part of the South half of Lot No Seventy Seven (77) in Block No one (1) of ’s to the town of bounded as follows To wit:— On the South by Cutler Street on the West by the West line of said Lot 77. On the North by a line running eleven (11) Rods from and parallel to said Cutler Street and on the East by a line six and one half (6½) Rods from and parallel to said West line of Lot 77. To have and to hold the above described lot or piece of ground with all and Singular the appurtenances thereunto Belonging to her the said Emily Jacob her heirs and assigns forever And the said and Maria his wife for themselves their heirs and legal Representatives do warrant and forever defend the title of said Lot or piece of Ground against the Claim of all persons whatsoever In Testimony Whereof they have hereunto set their hands and affixed their Seals this thirteenth (13) day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and forty-four (1844)
