This Indenture, made and entered into, this fifth day of July in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty five, between and his wife, of the county of and State of , of the one part, and Joseph Angell Young, Brigham Truman Young & John Willard Young of the County of and aforesaid, of the other part, Witnesseth, that the said and his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and fifty three 75/100 dollars, to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the said Joseph A. Young, Brigham T. Young, & John W. Young their heirs and assigns forever, all those parts or parcels of land, situate and being in the county of in the State of , viz: the the N. W. fractional quarter of Section number Ten (10) in Township 7 North of Range 8 West of the 4th. pr Meridian, containing Ten acres. Also the S. W. quarter of Section number Twenty five (25) in Township and Range aforesaid, containing one hundred and sixty acres, be the same more or less, together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said Joseph A. Young, Brigham T. Young & John W. Young their heirs and assigns forever. And the said and his wife, their heirs and assigns, the aforesaid premises, unto the said Joseph A. Young, Brigham T. Young & John W. Young their heirs and assigns, against the claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever, do and will warrant and forever defend by these presents. In testimony whereof, the said and his wife of the first part, have hereunto set their hands and seals, the day and year first above written

I a Justice of the Peace, in and for the said , do certify that , and his wife, whose signatures appear to the foregoing Deed, and who are personally known to me to be the persons described in, and who executed the same, did severally acknowledge that they had executed the said conveyance, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned. And the said having been by me made acquainted with the contents of the said Deed, and examined separate and apart from her said , acknowledged that she had executed the same, and relinquished her dower to the premises therein conveyed, voluntarily, freely, and without compulsion of her said .
