Sheriff’s Sale.— By virtue of a writ of . issued by the of the court of Common Pleas of , and to me directed, I have levied upon and shall expose to public sale at the court house in , on Monday the fourth day of June next, the following lots or parcels of land, lying and being in the township of , Geauga County and State of Ohio, to wit:— one lot known as a part of Lot No. 25, and is bounded as follows, to wit: Begining at the south east corner of lot 25; thence West on land owned by Amos Wheeler to land owned by ; thence south on said ’s land to land owned by Pierson; thence East on said Pierson’s land to land owned by S. Gore, thence south eighteen rods; thence East to the centre of the old road, thence south on the centre of said road to the place of begining; containing thirty-eight acres of land, be the same more or less. Also one other piece in Lot No. 27, tract two, in said , and bounded as follows, to wit: Begining at the South West corner of a lot of land bought of one Higly, which is in the centre of the old road, on Lot No. twenty-seven; thence East seventeen rods and twenty links to the centre of the new road, thence southerly 12 rods and five links; thence West parallel with the north line twenty rods to the centre of the old road; thence north on the centre of the old road ten and one-half rods to the place of begining, containing one acre of land. Also another lot in said bounded as follows: on the north east and south by land owned by Seymour and Griffith; on the West by lands of Granger, McDaniels, Marsks, Bump, Boynton, & Stratton; also a certain Lot bounded on the West by the highway, and on the south-east and North by lands owned by Samuel Canfield; containing eight acres of land, be the same more or less. Taken at the suit of and , vs and .
