To all People to whom these Presents shall come Greeting. Whereas & did on the fifth day of June AD 1837, before the Court of Common Pleas for the County of in the State of , recover judgment against , Joseph Smith junr and for six hundred ten dollars & thirty seven cents damages and eleven dollars & fifty cents costs of suit in a certain action of by the said & plaint[iffs] against said and others defendants before that time brought & then tried and determined in said Court as appears of record in said Court: And whereas afterwards to wit on the twenty ninth day of March AD 1838, a writ of issued out of said Court on said [p. 192]
