An Ordinance concerning Fines
Section 1 Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of That all fines which may lawfully accrue hereafter from the violation of the first section of an Ordinance entitled an Ordinance concerning Spirituous Liquors and other purposes shall be awarded one half to the Complainant and the remaining half of the fine to be paid to the Corporation of the City of , all ordinances to the contrary notwithstanding—
