An Ordinance for the discretionary enlargement of the Number of Police men
Section 1. Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of , That the Mayor of said is hereby authorized to enrol on the list of City Police any number of men at his discretion not exceeding five hundred, provided the service of such Policemen shall not be chargable to this
