An Ordinance for the fencing of the .
Sec. 1. Be it ordained by the city council of the city of , that the Supervisor of streets is hereby authorized and instructed, to appropriate a sufficient portion of the delinquent road labor, to fence the —the fence to be at the discretion of the mayor.
Sec. 2. This ordinance to be in force from and after its passage.
