An Ordinance for the health and convenience of travellers, and other purposes.
Section 1 Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of , that the Mayor of the be and is hereby authorized to sell, or give Spirits, of any quantity he in his wisdom shall judge to be for the health, comfort or convenience of such travellers or other persons as shall visit his from time to time
