There is an entry in the Nauvoo City Treasury Ledger for Armstead Moffett recorded 19 February 1845 for an order dated 2 August 1844 for $2.00, but no entry for $1.00. Moffett’s account in the ledger notes three orders on collector dated 2 August 1844 totaling $4.00. This and the other extant pay order for Moffett dated 2 August 1844 likely correspond to two of those three orders.
