Sir You are hereby required and commanded to order your Cohort to meet at the armed and equipped in the best possible manner for defence at Nine O clock A. M. precisely tomorrow morning (the 18th.).

[Oliver Perry] Whitlock for threatning the lives of the citizens of , Whereupon it was ordered that Colonel Colton detail a Court Martial to try the prisoner, and that the prisoner be held in custody until such time as by Col Colton directed
