Sir you are hereby required and Commanded to Advertise according to law that An Election will be held in the Second Company first Battallion to fill the vacancy of Deceased and also in the third Company second Battalion to fill the vacancy of first Lieutenant who has been Appointed drum Major and to fill all vacancies which may thereby occur Election to <be> at four O Clock P.M. on the 18th. inst, at my house at which place you will attend as clerk of the same hereof fail not and make due return to me
