I, George Edmunds Jr. a notary public of in said County do hereby certify that on this 23d day of January A. D. 1851, before me came personally and Lewis C. Bidamon her husband to me personally known to be the real persons described and who executed the foregoing and within relinquishment of dower and acknowledged that they executed the same freely and voluntarily for the uses and purposes therein expressed, and the said on a private examination by me seperate and apart from her said husband, after I had made known to and explained to her the contents of said deed, acknowledged that she executed the same freely and voluntarily and thereby relinquished her dower in said premises, without fear or compulsion of her said husband.
