each regemental or Battalion adjutant shall recieve anually from the treasurey of the Legion two Dollars for each company in his respective Reg or Battallion on conditions of the faithful performance of his Duty the re[c]ord Books of the adjutants shall be opon to the inspection of there respective field and Gen officers the adjutants account shall be endorsed by his Commanding officer with a certificate that he has Duly and faithfully performed all the Duties required by this act
the Chief Musician shall recieve ten Dollars <​anually​> in consideration of the faithful performance of all Duties requred of him by this act to have his account certified by the major Genl the <​Adjt Genl​> Devision or Legion Inspector shall be allowed thirty Dollars anually in Consideration of the faithful performanc of his Dutey on the Certificate of the Major Gen
the officers holding Court Composeing Courts of assessment of fines shall recieve for their servises one Dollar each per Day to be certified by the president of the board
