That the Band shall not consist of not more than 30 <​members​> and shall be required to parade on each Cohort & Legion parade and each officer drill and shall be allowed $20 for each <​Cohort &​> Genl parade to be paid out of any money in the treasurey not otherwise appropriated.
That all companies shall be required to uniform themselves within one year from the passage of this act & after that time all companies of the same grade shall take rank according to the times of their being uniformed & not otherwise.
