You are hereby commanded to Summon Samuel White, , Starling Driggs, Samuel Morton, Joshua Simpson, Blakely Anderson, John Smith, Andrew Smith, William Smith, Henry Morton, Edward Cutler, L— Nurse, Clarke Foster, and Jackson Clothier, and to be and appear before the Municipal Court of said , at the Mayors office in said , forthwith, and there to give testimony and the truth to say, touching a certain Case then and there to be heard before said Court upon a Writ of <​Habeas​> Corpus, wherein Stephen H. Goddard, , and William W. Riley were Petitioners, and said was Plaintiff, and hereof fail not under the penalty of the law; and have you then there this Writ.
