Positivily, I take <it> this cou[r]t has no Jurisdiction— no disrespect to court.— party not held by united states Laws. but of . <subject to the Jurisdiction of> our own Governm[en]t.— if they had a right— it would be only to try the papers. our own Statutes cover the ground. & no other courts have authority. <the> Lawyers agree with me.
