An Ordinance Concerning fines
<Section 1.> Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of That all fines which may lawfully accrue hereafter from the violation of <the first section of> an ordinance entitled an ordinance concerning Spirituous Liquors & other purposes. shall be awarded, one half to the benefit of the complainant & the remaining half of the fine to be paid to the corporation of the City of . All ordinances to the contrary notwithstanding.
