Know all men by these presents that I . , for myself & heirs & assigns To all the Land mentioned & included in a certain Bond of which the within is a copy— the Bond itself having been lost or mislaid.— and assign the Same to Joseph Smith. forever his heirs & assigns forever.
Witness my hand & Seal this eighth day of March A.D. 1842
