For and in consideration of the sum of one thousand Two hundred and sixty three dollars to us in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged we Joseph Smith Jr and of the County of and State of do hereby obligate ourselves our heirs executors administrators and assigns to make or cause to be made the a good and sufficient deed of conveyance for all the [illegible] Lot[s] [o]f [illegible] situated lying and being in the County of and State of and described on the map of the Town of as being Lot No Two in Block No 125 and receive a to his heirs or assigns.
And for the performance of this obligation we bind ourselves, our heirs executors administrators and assigns in the penal sum of Two thousand dollars
