Abstract of the return of an election, held at the Office of , in the fourth Ward, in the City of , in the State of , on the sixth day of february in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty three, and taken by me upon the eighth day of february aforesaid, in pursuance of the 13th. Sec of an Ordinance of said City, entitled “An Ordinance regulating Municipal Elections, in the City of .” I having first taken two Aldermen, (to wit: and ) to my assistance, and proceeded and opened the return aforesaid.
