This day came the parties by their Attorneys and for trial put themselves upon the Court. Thereupon it is considered by the Court that the plaintiffs for the use aforesaid recover from said defendants the sum of Eighty Seven dollars and fifty cents debt and also the further sum of Eight dollars and Seventy five cents damages awarded by reason of this appeal having been prosecuted for purposes of delay— besides his costs herein expended as nill in the Court below as in this Court. and may have &c. [p. 99]
