We command you, that of the goods and chattels of Jonathan Hoopes and Lewis Hoopes in your city you make the sum of the following fee bill To wit,

The same nine dollars and eighty one & ¼ cents being the cost incured on a suit of Habeus Corpus, before the Municipal Court of said on the 5th of April 1843. the said Jonathan Hoopes and Lewis Hoopes having bein [been] the petitioners in the case, and having received the benefits of said Habeus Corpus, and the Execution vs. Samuel Driggs having been returned “no property found;” and hereof make due return to me within seventy days from this date.
Given under my hand and seal of court this 7th day of May 1844.
