The Fellow Crafts and Entered Apprentices were then requested to withdraw which being done the E. In consequence of the committee of Investigation giving an unfavorable report of whose petition was presented at the last regular meeting the lodge proceeded to investigate the case whereupon it was ascertained that he had previously been initiated in a clandestine lodge, and that he was unworthy the honors of Masonry. He is about 44 years of age, about 5 feet 11 inches high, a stout, athletic man, of a dark complexion, dark skin, dark eyes, heavy beard, hair partially grey, nose of the aquiline form & slow spoken. In consequence of said committee not having had sufficient opportunity to enquire into the character of Andrew Rose, Chapman Duncan, , Chancy G. Webb, Edward M. Webb, Pardon Webb, & , the action on their cases was postponed untill the next regular meeting.
