Genl , elected Presdt.. Meeting called to Order.
The Case of Jesse Crossbie [Crosbie], for remittance of a fine, was called on. the applt. [appellant] stated his case, Capt Angel, & spoke. the decision of the Ct of appeals affirmed.—
Matthew Pack [Peck] & Alford [Danford] Atwood for delinquency, fine was remitted by dismissing the Case.—
got leave of absence,— also & .—

The Section of the Ordce touching Officer Drill, is referred to the Committee of Revision, for their Considn., & Action, if thought necessary to have it altered or amended, as regards what officers (if any,) are exempt from appearing on Officer drill.—
The Arms of the to be all called in <by> the Q[uarte]r. Master Genl., & distributed as originally intended, according to the Bonds given for same. The Guard of the Lieut. Genl. to be exempted, so far as their Pistols <& Holsters> they have the Surplus of Arms belonging to the Companies first drawing, to be distributed to the next in Rank, Captains of Companies giving Bonds to the Qr Master Genl, & the Captains taking <joint> security from the Companies, The Brigadier Genls. to assist the Qr. Master Genl. in the distribution, & that measures be taken immediately by the Commanders of Companies to have the Arms brought in. & that they be in the hands of the Qr. Master Genl ready for distribution within 30 days from this date.—
