This Indenture made and entered into this twenty eighth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty three, between Joseph Smith, as sole Trustee in trust, for the of the county of , and State of of the first part, and Emily Rockwell, , Orrin De Witt Rockwell and Sarah Jane Rockwell all of the County of and aforesaid, of the second part, Witnesseth that the said Joseph Smith party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Eight hundred dollars, to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain sell, convey, and confirm unto the said Emily Rockwell, , Orrin De Wit Rockwell, and Sarah Jane Rockwell parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of land, situate; and being in the county of in the State of known and described as follows, to wit; all of Lot number one (1) in Block number one hundred and nineteen (119) of the city of , excepting one sixth of said Lot which is described as follows, beginning at the South East corner of said Lot and running thence North sixty and a half feet, thence West ninety nine feet, thence South sixty and a half feet, thence East ninety nine feet to the place of beginning being as before stated one sixth of [p. 122]
