This indenture made and entered into, this fifteenth day of December in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty-one between and Sarah [Tilton Hibbard] his wife, of the county of and State of , of the one part, and Uriel Driggs of the county of and aforesaid, of the other part, Witnesseth, that the said and Sarah his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and seventy five dollars, to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the said Uriel Driggs his heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of Land, Situate and being in the county of in the state of , viz: Lots No. one in Block No. thirteen Lot No. three in Block No. one and Lot No. 4 in Block No. Two of s addition to Together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining.
To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said Urial Driggs his heirs and assigns forever. and the said and Sarah his wife, their heirs and assigns, the aforesaid premises, unto the said Urial Driggs his heirs and assigns, against the claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever, do and will warrant and forever defend by these presents.
In Testimony Whereof, the said and Sarah his wife of the first part, have hereunto set their hands and seals, the day and year above written.

I, a Justice of the Peace of said do certify, that and Sarah his wife, whose signatures appear to the foregoing deed, and who are personally known to me, to be the persons described in, and who executed the same, did severally acknowledge that they had executed the said conveyance, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned. and the said Sarah Hibard having been by me made acquainted with the contents of the said Deed, and examined separate and apart from her said , acknowledged that she had executed the same, and relinquished her dower to the premises therein conveyed, voluntarily, freely, and without compulsion of her said .

This Indenture made and Entered into, this twenty eighth day of May in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty two between and Sarah Warington [Sarah Horner Warrington] his wife, of the county of and state of , of the one part, and of the county of and aforesaid, of the other part Witnesseth, that the said and Sarah his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred Dollars, to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the said his heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of Land, situate and being in the county of in the state of , viz: the North half of Block <​No.​> nine all of Block ten the East half of Block eleven the North half of Block eight in Waringtons addition to together with all the streets should they be ever vacated and all the timber now in them according to the last and only survey by County Surveyor for county [p. 39]
