<pt L. 1B 2Youngs ad> his heirs and assigns forever all that tract or parcel of land situate and being in the county of in the State of Viz:— Being the East half of the East half of Lot No one (1) in Block two (2) of ’s revised addition from ’s Second addition to which will more fully appear on the said ’s plat Together with all and singular the appertenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said William Clark his heirs and assigns forever And the said and his heirs and assigns the aforesaid premises unto the said William Clark his heirs and assigns against the claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever do and will warrant and forever defend by these presents In Testimony whereof the said of the first part has hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first above written
