Know all men by these preesnts that we and Jane [Howe] his wife and Moses Adams husband of the said Fanny and Freeman Tupper husband of the said , heirs of the Estate of deceased all of the county of in the State of of the first part and of the and aforesaid Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Have bargained, sold, and quit claimed and by these presents do bargain, sell, and quit claim unto the said party of the second part her heirs or assigns forever. all our, and each of our right, title, interest, Estate, claim, and demand, both at Law and in Equity, and as well in possession as in expectancy of, in and to all that certain tract or parcel of land situate and being in the county of in the State of and described on the plat of the city of in and aforesaid as a part fractional Lot No (4) four in Block No (24) in ’s addition to and bounded as follows.
