An Ordinance to amend an Ordinance concerning the Public Revenue, passed October 31, 1842.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of , that an ordinance passed Oct. 31, 1842, concerning the public revenue of the city of be so amended as to read as follows, commencing on the seventh line of the first section of said ordinance, viz: ‘except such lands, tenements and appurtenances personal and real as may be owned,’ &c. &c.
