An Ordinance to amend an Ordinance concerning the public Revenue passed October 31st 1842.
Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of That an Ordinance concerning the Public Revenue of the City of <pas[s]ed November October 31, 1842> be So amended as to read as follows commencing in the seventh line of the first Section of said Ordinance viz except such lands Tenements & hereditments tenements and appurtenances as may be owned &c &c personal & real as may be owned &c &c
