Gentlemen we your undersined petitioners pray your honorable body to order Wight Street opon from Worsaw Street east to Winchester Street as thore is no Street <​opon​> in this part of the town <​running east​> between mulholland ond Porley Street ond it will accommodate a good mony citizins ond we your petitioners will ever pray
