To the Mayor Alderman & common counsell of the City of — We your petitioners have for a long time looked upon the bad condition of a part of the following St[r]eets viz Baim Street from Parley St to Water Sts Sidney St from Baim to Main st & Granger< st> runing <by> s tavens from water to Parley st & feeling anxious that Said streets mite be so improved as to make the passing & repassing more commodious We your petition<ers> prey your honorable body to take the Same into consideration & devise Some means for improveing the Same & we in duty will ever pr[a]y
