Duties of Officer’s
It shall be the duty of the Lt Genl to review the at least one every year

It shall be the duty of the Majr Genl to take command on all Legion parades and all offi Legion officer drills, also to act as reviewing officer at Cohort parade at least once each year to cause the <Adjt Genl or> Division Inspector to record all General orders also all reports & rank rolls recieved annually from the several Cohorts or brigades blonging to the Legion & when required <by> of the <by> Comander in Chief of the to make out Division returns & rank rolls to be forwarded to the adjt Genl of the also to preside in all General Court Martial of the Legion and Courts of assessment of fines at officers drills to a issue enlisting order. at his Discresion. also to Detail Court martials for tryal General officers under his command
it shall be the Dutyes of the Brig Gener to Review the several Regments and Battalions not attached to Regments Composeing their respective Cohorts or Brigade at anually at the Regemental or Battalion muster and to cause their respective Brigade Majors to rcord all reports received anually by <form> the several Regments and add Battalions Composing their Commands and to make out a consoladated Cohort or Brigade Return therefrom on forward one to the major Gen of the Legion for Divsion and one to the [p.
