on or before the first Day of December anually also to Detail Courts Martial to try any field <​or staff​> officer under his Command or matter of Dispute and to Do and perform all others Duties which may be necessary to the perfection of Disipline or which may in any wise appertain to the office of Brigadier Genl
it shall be the Duty of the Colonels Commanding Regments and Majors Commanding add Battalions not attached to Regments if a Regment to require <​make​> from the several offi[c]ers Commanding Battalions or Companies as Complete return of their respective Command on the Day of the Regmental or Battalion perade anually to Cause their ajutants to reord all returns so received also all orders as Received or Issued by themselves and to make out a Regmental Return and Rank Roll and forward it to the Brig Gen of their respective Brigads by the first of October anually also to be responsible for the good ordr of their respective Regments or add Battalions as the case case may be and cause to be executed the Laws and orders applicable to their Commands and to Do and Command <​perform​> all other duties belonging <​to​> their respective office
Duties of Leiutenant Collonels and Majors Commanding Battallion to assume the command at all <​of their​> musters of their respective Battalion to require of the officers Commanding Companies anual returns on the Day of their Battallion perades and and the Day of Regemental muster Deliver said returns to their respective Colonels and to Do and perform all other Duties that <​which​> may in any way appertain to ther office [p.
