Oliver Perry Whitlock, is complained of by Captain , of 2nd. Company 2nd. Regiment 2nd. Cohort Nauvoo Legion for threatning the life of the citizens of the City of
Prisoner pleaded not guilty and stated he was not Ready for trial. When Ordered that the prisoner be ordered to be held under arrest until such time as a Court Martial can be detailed to try him.
Ordered, by , that detail a Regimental Court Martial to try the above named O. P. Whitlock, time and place at his own disposal.
