Some time in the Fall of 18 Presedent Joseph Smith and came to my house I was then living in Ohio they stop all all all night the evening was spent very agreable with the exception of one thing namly some dissatisfaction on the part of some feamales with present with regard to the conduct of and some one two feamales as they sutch as exchainging a Kiss now and again as I was informed by <​one of​> those with [w]hom was so grate after the Brethn left those dissatisfed with the conduct of the other reproved the other whitch caused them one of them to write to whle he was at and inform him to call at another place on his return acordingly he did so I after hearing that they Broth Joseph Smith and othrs had arived went to see them presidnt smith went home with me and I told him that their had ben some exception to in relation to his forml<​form[a]lity​> with some of the females present and as pregidece was grate against us in that place I would rathr he would Dispene with any sutch thing at that tim presedent smith told me that he was aware that was impudent and he frequently reprovd him for it and he woud promise to do beter and he told me that if I saw anything racy in to rpove reprove him I told him I would the Evning Came but rfused to Join the Company at my [p.
